At RAEME, every order is thoughtfully prepared and carefully packaged to ensure it arrives beautifully and securely. We take great pride in the quality of our products and are committed to providing an exceptional customer experience.

Delivery

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days from the date of purchase.

During collection launches, promotional periods, holidays, or times of increased demand, processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order with the care and attention it deserves.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information where available.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

  • Standard UK Delivery: 2–5 business days
  • International Delivery: 5–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

RAEME is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs procedures, adverse weather conditions, public holidays, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional fees imposed by their local authorities. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient.

Returns

We hope you are delighted with your RAEME purchase. However, if you wish to return an item, you may do so within 28 days of delivery.

To arrange a return, please contact us at hello@raeme.co.uk quoting your order number.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a refund, all items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition
  • Be free from marks, damage, wear, odours, or alterations
  • Include all original packaging, dust bags, tags, inserts, and accessories
  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items will undergo a quality inspection upon receipt.

Items that are returned damaged, worn, marked, altered, used, or without their original packaging, dust bags, tags, or accessories may not qualify for a refund. RAEME reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

If a returned item fails our inspection, no refund will be issued and the item may be returned to the customer at their expense.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as RAEME cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved following inspection, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 14 days from the date we receive your return for the refund to be processed.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.

Refunds will only be issued after the returned item has successfully passed our quality inspection.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Every RAEME product undergoes quality checks before dispatch. However, if you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

Upon review, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a repair, replacement, exchange, or refund.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing within this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

RAEME is built on a simple principle: that true luxury lies in the product itself. Over time, the industry has become layered - wholesale markups, retail overhead, seasonal cycles, constant expansion. The product is often no longer the focus. What you pay for extends far beyond what you actually carry. RAEME was created to return to something more essential.

Every piece is made by hand, in limited numbers, using exceptional materials and shaped by expert craftsmanship. The silhouettes are minimal, the leather is Italian, and every detail is considered - not just for how it looks, but for how it works, and how it lasts. These are pieces designed to be used daily, and kept for years. There are no stores. RAEME exists only here - sold directly, without intermediaries. No wholesale, no unnecessary layers. By removing those structures, we’re able to put the focus back where it should be: in the making.

We also don’t follow seasons. There are no fixed drops or external deadlines. Pieces are released only when they’re ready - when everything feels resolved. Production is kept small and deliberate, and once something is gone, it isn’t repeated. We work with a small group of highly skilled makers - craftspeople with decades of experience, whose knowledge has been built over generations. Every bag is made with precision and care, using techniques that prioritise durability just as much as beauty.

There’s nothing new about that level of craftsmanship. What’s different is how it’s offered. By keeping the business intentionally lean - no large teams, no agencies, no paid marketing - we’re able to invest almost entirely in the product itself. Materials, construction, and design come first. The result is a quieter kind of luxury.

One where the value is visible. Where the cost reflects the object, not everything built around it. Where fewer pieces are made, but made properly. RAEME isn’t built for scale. It’s built with intention - to create pieces that feel considered, lasting, and easy to live with.
