Charlotte Elizabeth Bloomsbury Chestnut Tan | Final Production

The Original Charlotte Elizabeth Bloomsbury

After almost a decade, Charlotte Elizabeth has officially closed. However, following hundreds of requests from customers around the world, we've made the decision to open one final, limited pre-order for The Original Bloomsbury.

This is not a relaunch. It is not a permanent return.

It is simply one last opportunity for those who always wanted to own the design that became synonymous with Charlotte Elizabeth before production ends forever.

Originally launched in 2016, The Original Bloomsbury became the signature handbag of the brand and gained international recognition after being carried by Meghan Markle, The Duchess of Sussex, during her visit to Belfast in March 2018. It has since been worn by Queen Camilla, Zara Tindall and thousands of women around the world.

Handcrafted from the finest British leather, The Bloomsbury combines elegant proportions, a structured top handle and detachable crossbody strap with timeless British craftsmanship. Designed to be carried every day and treasured for years, it remains one of the most recognisable independent British handbag designs of the last decade.

Today, Charlotte Elizabeth has evolved into RAEME, founder Charlotte Jones' new luxury leather brand. But because so many of you asked, we've chosen to offer this final made-to-order production of the original Bloomsbury before it is retired permanently.

Once this final production is complete, The Original Bloomsbury will never be made again.

Final Pre-Order

Every handbag will be handcrafted to order in limited numbers.

When this final production run is fully allocated, pre-orders will close permanently.

This is your last opportunity to own an original Charlotte Elizabeth Bloomsbury.
